I will NEVER recommend this place to my friends and family. I had the most traumatic experience ever. I bought my Jeep Wrangler 2018 here a few months ago around oct before the year ended in 2021. When family. I had the most traumatic experience ever. I bought my Jeep Wrangler 2018 here a few months ago around oct before the year ended in 2021. When I drove off the lot my radio stopped working, so I immediately returned to tell them. Mind you, My car was Advertised online with a working radio and Before I drove off they “inspected” my car. I told them my car radio wasn’t working and they at first didn’t want to do anything about it. After finally they decided to do it they told me I should get a call back to get my car Into their shop to get it fixed. When I got home I had such a weird feeling my car had more to it. So I inspected it , and finally when I lifted the carpet of my jeep, I discovered an infestation of CARPET mites. I was mortified and called them to get to resolved ASAP. They NEVER called. I waited and waited for WEEKS and as well I would call and nothing. When they would answer, They would promise me I would get someone to call me. I ended up showing up to their own shop myself and showed the shop my pictures of the mites and the radio and the shop recommended to go back with the dealer to get it resolved and fixed asap!. Which finally after pulling teeth with them they did fix that issue. BUT GUESS WHAT. They now returned my car with a beautiful dent on my bumper . I barely drove my NEW car and I couldn’t believe it already had a dent. Before I drove off the lot I told them about the dent and they wanted to accuse me. I have photos of when I bought my car with zero dents and took photos when I dropped it off because I lost all trust in this place. I told them “how in the world would I have caused those dents if my car has been with them in repairs ???” So they told me they would get back to me after the look at the videos and NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. It’s been 3months and I’ve called NUMEROUS times and nothing. This place is a complete joke. I have all evidence of what this place has done to my car and will be moving forward in legal actions. More
Had to wait up front for over 5 minutes just to be greeted, while employees were busy talking to one another and periodically glanced over at me when I had a scheduled appt. Then after inside with a rep for 30 min, I was called by the dealership asking if I was still going to show up for my appt. The sales rep gave off a very entitled attitude and that he could really care less if I was there or not (BTW...It should have been a slam dunk as I was there to buy a new SUV at MSRP over 55K). They appraised my car and low balled saying the check engine light was on, when it wasn't before or after...odd. They also increased the MSRP by $1.5K with no justification. This prompted me to look at some online reviews in detail and noticed some glaring issues. There were now enough red flags to know I didn't want to do business with them. If this was their first impression, how would they handle any issues that could arise in the future. No thanks and a heads up to fellow readers, I would avoid. More

BIGGEST FRAUDS ! So, beware of them. I have been the BIGGEST FRAUDS ! So, beware of them. I have been the First-time car buyer and had No prior experience of car purchase. Zeigler posted a car on t BIGGEST FRAUDS ! So, beware of them. I have been the First-time car buyer and had No prior experience of car purchase. Zeigler posted a car on their website for $4,300. So I went to the dealership, and literally after whole day of convincing me (rather Cheat me), at 6 p.m they put together all the paperwork. And to my biggest shock, they invoiced me for $7,600; reason they gave was the additional charges were for “Finances Approval” plus the car itself is costs 5,800 and Not $4,300 (per website). To my naivete, the sales manager was successful to cheat me to have that car purchased with fake promises of the car being in good condition and that they`ll help me to fix things, if need be. Within 1st month, upon heavy rains I experienced the car`s moon-roof was literally pouring and making it impossible to sit or drive. So I reached Zeigler about this to fix, and they never got back upon promising me to help fix it. Within next two months, my car`s water and oil leakage started, and mechanic informed me that the car is completely rusted from beneath and needs a lot of mechanical fixes. I again reached Zeigler to give me another car within my EMI budget, and the sales manager promised me he`ll “definitely help me”, but I have yet not heard back. If you are a First-Time car buyer, then I would NEVER recommend you Zeigler dealership. Their sales staff is all about alluring talks, but you`ll repent a LOT to do business with Zeigler. There must be some serious audits and inspection conducted on Zeigler business and operations, to stop Brutally Cheating mankind for their business boosts. More
