Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Downers Grove

I had done alot of research online before going to any dealers. I also had requested quotes from several of the surrounding dealers. To my suprise, I did not even receive a response from a couple of them dealers. I also had requested quotes from several of the surrounding dealers. To my suprise, I did not even receive a response from a couple of them. You would think in these tough economic times people would be chomping at the bit for business. Apparently that is not the case at some of these dealers. Zeigler Chrysler in Downers Grove responded to my internet inquiry promptly and answered all of my questions about the car I was interested in. I then received a call from Kevin, the Internet Manager, inviting me in for a test drive. We scheduled an appointment, he had the car cleaned up and inside for me to see. We then went on a test drive and I loved it. The entire time I felt very comfortable, which is not the norm when buying a car. I was delighted when they told me the price advertised online was in fact the price I could buy the car for. What a shock, no number games! This is the most professional dealership I have ever dealt with. I will continue buying my cars from Kevin and Zeigler in Downers Grove for years to come. Thank you to everyone. More
