I ASKED FOR THE SERVICE NANAGER PETE HE DIDN'T ANSWER MY CALL LEFT A FEW VOICEMAILS & I ASKED FOR THE SHOPFORMAN. THEY DIDN'T LET ME SPEAK TO HIM EITHER.. YOU ALL NEED TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER IN THE NEAR FUTURE, I AM A BLACK WOMAN. I HAVE GRANDKIDS ALL I WANTED IS TO BE SAFE WITH MY CAR. BUT YOU ALL GAVE ME BAD BUSINESS & I WAS TREATED SHADY!!! Service Called to make an appointment for service my Jeep Renegade for a check engine light. They were able to get me in within a couple of days. Turned out my vehicle needed updates and a ignition cylinder replacement which are all covered under warranty. I was in and out in less than an hour and overall very happy with the experience. More

Right on time I was in the area, so I stopped to get an oil change. I knew there was a recall on my car and I would potentially need brake pads. I just knew that i I was in the area, so I stopped to get an oil change. I knew there was a recall on my car and I would potentially need brake pads. I just knew that i would not have time to get all of that done today. In what felt like 15 minutes, the wonderful techs at ZIEGLER, changed my Oil, confirmed my brakes were all good and Resolved the recall issue. Awesome Awesome Awesome.
