Best Customer Service Experience EVER Bought my Jeep from Ziegler Downers Grove in 2015. Couple weeks ago I brought my Jeep in because the radio wasn't working. Within a half hour they t Bought my Jeep from Ziegler Downers Grove in 2015. Couple weeks ago I brought my Jeep in because the radio wasn't working. Within a half hour they told me they would need to replace it and would have within a week. Like clockwork they called and told me the new radio was in. I asked how long it would take and they said less than an hour. Went and did some shopping and just as they said it was ready within the hour and to top it off they washed my vehicle and it looked like a brand new Jeep. The customer service rep "George Necas" was friendly, professional and very courteous and made me feel like a valued client. I will never buy from and/or have my vehicle serviced from anyone but Ziegler. More

YOU ALL NEED TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER IN THE NEAR FUTURE, I AM A BLACK WOMAN. I HAVE GRANDKIDS ALL I WANTED IS TO BE SAFE WITH MY CAR. BUT YOU ALL GAVE ME BAD BUSINESS & I WAS TREATED SHADY!!!
