Good dealership, but every time I bring my car in for an oil change or tire rotation something isn’t put back together correctly or an extra part is left on the seat. oil change or tire rotation something isn’t put back together correctly or an extra part is left on the seat. More
Great staff & service especially the gentleman that drove me to the rental car company. A nice extra touch would be to run the car through the car wash when finished with the repairs and/oil change. me to the rental car company. Found a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT online and contacted the dealership to get more information. After a few exchanges with the sales person, Jimmy, I decided to put a deposit on the car to hold it until we co dealership to get more information. After a few exchanges with the sales person, Jimmy, I decided to put a deposit on the car to hold it until we could finalize. They told me it would be $1000 deposit to hold the car which I paid. I told Jimmy by text that I would need the weekend as I was moving my father who was in the hospital to a skilled nursing facility because he had a recent stroke. Jimmy responded by saying "Ok no worries, take care of your father let's circle back on Monday". He even told me quote "Family is way more important than a car purchase..." I ended up having to transfer my father on Monday and I never heard back from the dealership until texted Jimmy again on Wed. I said I was ready to finalize the transaction so let me know when we can finalize the price, getting a transfer carrier lined up, etc. He then told me that "Hi Dan, I just got to work. They sold the SRT. They couldn't wait any longer. Sorry it was out of my control..." I asked him "Are you serious? I had the car held!" He said "They waited till Monday. Unfortunately they wouldn't wait any longer". They never called me, texted or anything to let me know that they had someone else interested to give me the time to finalize. I honestly couldn't believe it, I have the receipt showing that the deposit was to hold that specific car, we were sending information back and forth including my drivers license, picture of myself, etc. I wouldn't even waste my time on something like this generally speaking but this car was for my 17 year old son and it's a 2021 SRT with only 1,900 miles on it, possibly the lowest mileage SRT in the country. I have been looking for a few months now and couldn't believe I found one with such low, one owner miles. Anyway, I just feel like they committed fraud and were completely deceitful. It's no wonder everyone stereotypes used car sales people, they totally lived up to it!! I feel like they are nothing but a bunch of cowards, couldn't wait another couple of days to complete my transaction. Pretty sad actually. More
Paul, my attendant, deserves promotion and reward because of how he handled all the frustration, confusion, and timeline regarding my car repair in the past. He put his own feelings aside and focused on the of how he handled all the frustration, confusion, and timeline regarding my car repair in the past. He put his own feelings aside and focused on the mission (customer satisfaction and my car repair). There are only two types of men that can exercise this manner of calm in the mist of chaos.......Godly men and professional Soldiers. Because of Paul's actions, I still drive from home and pass at least two other dealerships closer to me to take my car to Zeigler Chrysler Dodge in Downers Grove. Great job Paul!! 👏 More
