Bad service I had 3 recalls that needed to be done on my car. . I made a apt. I specifically asked if they had the parts when i made my apt and i was told yes I I had 3 recalls that needed to be done on my car. . I made a apt. I specifically asked if they had the parts when i made my apt and i was told yes I sat there for 4 hours and then was told they only had the parts for 3 of my recalls. I was not happy. I asked when will the parts be available and never received an answer. I don’t understand. My parts was there but the service man told me they did not give my parts to anyone else. That does not make sense. I will never come there again. Poor service. No one let me know. Someone should have made sure the pars was in stock instead of letting me and my husband sit there for 4 hours before telling me. Then i would have just rescheduled with no complaint. That was ridiculous.. Jeff was awesome . Im sure it not his fault. Mabe your counts on you equipment is off. But its an issue that needs to be resolved More

He told me don't worry about it I'll take care of it just go in and have a seat and have some coffee and we'll take care of everything. About 10 minutes later he came back and said your vehicle is ready. I was amazed of the great fast friendly service that they gave me unbelievable. This will be my dealership from now on.
