Paid for synthetic oil change and was shown on receipt that all fluids were topped off. I’m getting my car back, I saw the windshield washer fluid light was still on and wasn’t filled up, even though rece that all fluids were topped off. I’m getting my car back, I saw the windshield washer fluid light was still on and wasn’t filled up, even though receipt said it was Ok. Asked the mopar quick lane tech why it wasn’t filled up, and he said “sorry, our bucket is out. I asked politely for him to go to parts/service and ask them for some. In the end, they filled it up, but I am upset that It was shown as Ok on receipt. What else could they be lying about? After calling the dealership to give them chance to help, I was forwarded to 4 different people and then hung up on accidentally. Horrible experience and question coming back ever again for Mopar quick lube. More
