I was turned away quickly today from Naperville Jeep Chrysler for an oil change even though their express sign inviting customers for Express was on the curb. I was told to try again another day, arrive earlier - as the wait for Express was 4 hours & please call first & see if it’s ok to come in. I decided to google another Jeep dealership and drove 5 miles to Zeigler. Their service team was awesome! Oil change and tire rotation in 30 minutes. Zeigler is my new ‘go too’ for Jeep service. Thank you Zeigler for excellent service and providing drive-in service as posted! More
Horrible customer service and very unpleasant staff. I got a Used 2020 Jeep Compass about a year ago. First of all had a very awkward and just horrible experience over all. After the paperwork is signed and I make the downpayment the clerk accidentally charged me an additional 1K. I wasn’t mad, it’s a mistake and I knew I would get that money back so I calmly went to the sales person and explained what happened. I had corrected the finance manager, who for some reason thought that was the right amount, multiple times. The sales person walks back inside and degrades the clerk, yells at her and then the finance “manager” who told her the wrong amount in the first place comes out and also yells at her and insults her in front of me! I was in shock and did not even know what to say. Very unprofessional and I felt horrible. The names of the two men who yelled and insulted her were Don Hall (salesperson) and Avanes David (Sales manager). I was reminded of this unpleasant experience when I tried to contact the dealership for a question regarding the extended warranty. I am unable to get a hold of anyone who can help and the finance manager who originally sold me the warranty has not answered any of my calls or emails. When I call they put me on an 20 min hold then send me to voicemail automatically. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t been able to get in contact with ANYONE from this dealership. Avoid this dealer at all costs. After having very positive experience in another dealership I can say this place is a dump and is not a trustworthy or responsive place. More
Went to get a oil change in the express lane. 30 minutes later the manager comes out and tells me they can't do it because they have no oil. Very odd, I called two other dealers and they had ple 30 minutes later the manager comes out and tells me they can't do it because they have no oil. They need to FIRE their service people George & Paige it took 1 whole month to fix my jeep. They diagnosed it wrong to begin with and they are very rude and don't want to do their job of having the warranty took 1 whole month to fix my jeep. They diagnosed it wrong to begin with and they are very rude and don't want to do their job of having the warranty pay for repairs instead they want to extort money from me that I paid over $3000.00 for a warranty so I would not have to pay for repairs!!!! I had to call the warranty company several times to get it paid since Paige told me she refused to do it. Very bad customer service. I will not ever have a vehicle repaired at Ziegler again, unless of course I want to wait a whole month to be without it for their screw ups. Way too many excuses of why I couldn't get my vehicle back in a timely manner. I never got a call back from the general manager either. I had to also get Chrysler involved to get them to finally do the repair work. What a joke! More
