Service department is best one I been to for a long time. I decided to go somewhere different and I am glad I did. Wait time 10 outta 10, customer service 10/10! My daughter even talked with a salesperson and surprisingly that was a good experience also. 10’s all around. Glad I made the switch. Devin Marbley was great and so was all the mechanics, they helped me out. Was going to Hawk- don’t even get me started on that mess. Anyway I would recommend for sure and will be going back for sure to service and more than likely to the sales department also since my daughter had a good experience. Also the cashier was super nice!! More
I used to take all my cars to them, but they must be desperate for money because I just took my car there 2 weeks ago and was told I needed a new battery and had to pay a diagnostic fee which is underst desperate for money because I just took my car there 2 weeks ago and was told I needed a new battery and had to pay a diagnostic fee which is understandable. I was informed that I needed a battery which was way out of my price range so I had it replaced elsewhere by a reputable shop and still had the same issue. So I contacted the service department and they told me to bring it back and I wouldn't have to pay another fee because of my previous visit 2 weeks ago. Well they charged me another fee and still told me that there might another issue. Really? 2 diagnostic fees and still the same problem? I will be taking all my vehicles to a different dealer. Any suggestions? More
Took it to have recall work done. Tried to make me get a battery when mine was under warranty because it was less than a year old. They broke the plastic battery guard. The guy at pickup said he couldn't give me a battery test print out. They said my car wouldn't jump on 2 different chargers, so I had to call a flatbed tow truck to get it to autozone for the battery. The tow truck guy started in less than 5 seconds. But said he'd still have to charge me for the tow. I trusted the dealer so I didn't try to jump it myself which would have saved everyone's time. I asked for a quote 4 different times because I'm interested in selling. Did not receive a call or a quote. Extremely dissatisfied. I wouldn't have taken it to the dealer if it wasn't for the recall work. I won't be taking it back there. And I wouldn't buy from them again. If I could give 0 stars I would. More

I stopped in for a scheduled test drive with the intention to buy a Jeep last week Tuesday. Drove an hour and when I arrived I was told that you were not aware we were coming in. I even sent our lic intention to buy a Jeep last week Tuesday. Drove an hour and when I arrived I was told that you were not aware we were coming in. I even sent our license over to start the process. I was then told the Jeep just sold. I find that very hard to believe as it remained in your inventory 2 more days and increased in price by $2,000. I truly feel this was a case of bait and switch as a way to get us into your dealer. I am so frustrated that I will never step foot in one of your dealership’s again. More
