I purchased my new Jeep at another dealership as at the time they were the only one who had the color, options, price and gave me more than fair trade in but a light came on that was not taken seriously by time they were the only one who had the color, options, price and gave me more than fair trade in but a light came on that was not taken seriously by that dealer ( they just reflashed and updated computer) and sent me on my way. The light came on again within 30 miles and I took it to Ziegler and they found a fried wire ( they were surprised it didn't set off the side airbag) and fixed it quickly for the severity of the repair. I am very impressed and happy with the service advisor, Steven Avila and the service mechanics at Ziegler of Downers Grove. I also brought my Ram RV there last fall for oil and a recall fix and was treated just as well by Steven and the crew then also. Top rating for me. More

I just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ziegler, after having purchased a similar car from the Ziegler 10 years ago. In fact, I have bought several cars from them when we were in the minivan stage w after having purchased a similar car from the Ziegler 10 years ago. In fact, I have bought several cars from them when we were in the minivan stage with our kids. I’m impressed that they are very transparent and honest and extremely customer oriented. No pressure tactics or shenanigans ever. I very much appreciate their very straightforward approach to car sales. This time around my salesperson (DJ) literally spent hours familiarizing me with all the cool tech and demonstrating features, setting up online resources, including the Jeep app, getting my iPhone connected to my car so I could take advantage of pretty amazing added features. He also had someone remove my tow-bar and roof rack from my old car and transfer my junk between cars. I hadn’t come prepared to drive home in a new car same day, but they matched my bank financing so I could avoid the delays from closing a bank loan. I highly recommend Ziegler and will likely be back for my next vehicle! More
