Brought my car in 3 times for same problem that was never fixed. Everything is good on our end was the only answer I could get even though everything was not good on my end. My car was ready for almost a mon fixed. Everything is good on our end was the only answer I could get even though everything was not good on my end. My car was ready for almost a month and I didn't even know it. Emily said she called and left a message. I obviously never got that message and just assumed that my car was being fixed. Who doesn't call a second time to confirm that their car is done? Unacceptable and very disappointing. I will never buy from Jeep again. More
