Beware of the Bait and Switch We agreed on a price for a new Dodge Durango and spent the next 4 hours filling out paper work. They say the trade with another dealer will be "NO PROBLEM". They of course are trade in isn't worth anything($750) and would rather not even take it. We then tell neighbors about the trade in only to have a bidding war for the beast. So we call the dealership and tell them that don't worry about the trade in and all of a sudden....are car was in an accident(bumper) ad they don't want to trade with them. TOTAL BULLCRAP! as then they kept trying to UPSELL cars we already turned down. More

Worse customer service I just bought my 2016 Jeep Patriot and 3 weeks later it's leaking water inside the car when it rains. Came to the dealer to make an appointment and sh I just bought my 2016 Jeep Patriot and 3 weeks later it's leaking water inside the car when it rains. Came to the dealer to make an appointment and show the where it's leaking water from and the service guy Bill tells me "what do you want me to do?" I thought it was rude but whatever. They called me the next day to verify the appointment and the guy made it for the wrong time. I come back the day of my appointment and I am waiting an no one helps me after I pull my car inside the service dock. They asked other people if they have been helped but not me!!! I tried to get this resolved ASAP since I have severe allergies to mold and cannot afford for my brand new car to get moldy inside!!! More

However I was going and going for five years and finally I desided to visit Jeep and it happened: Mr. Ryan was talking for 1:35 minutes plus driving about Jeep Cherokee and I bought a car immediately !!!!
