Service Department is the worst We will never buy another car at Ziegler. No complaints about the sales staff. The service department is the problem. They put our lug nuts on too tig We will never buy another car at Ziegler. No complaints about the sales staff. The service department is the problem. They put our lug nuts on too tight and now they can’t be removed. We only get our car serviced at the dealer for this reason so something stupid doesn’t happen. They claim they have not record of the tire rotations but we bought a package that included oil changes and tire rotation. Also the bald guy working the service desk talks down to women. Horrible dealership Bought a used car from them...took it back 2 days later because of a grinding noise in the front end.
