Every one at Patroit Ford went above and beyond to serve us. We met the folks at Patriot Ford a few years ago when I began taking our Ford Edge in for service. I did not purchase it at Patriot. The service was so good that when we decided to start looking for a tuck, We contacted Carl. He was a joy to work with and helped us find the perfect truck. After we had chosen our truck, and Carl, David, Matt, and others were taking care of the paper work, Everyone there including Kevin came bye to meet My wife and I and thank us for our business. We felt special. Carl also took Me around and introduced Me to everyone he could find. Now when I come in everyone says hi and ask how I am and can they get Me coffee or other drink. The people at Patriot Ford are like a family that invited us to join them. I can't stress enough, that when We buy a car or truck that we are entering into a relationship with the people who sell and service our vehicles. Great people and great prices! I live in Santa Fe, NM and was searching for a pre-owned 2016 F250. There's not a ton of inventory close by so I expanded my search. I saw and drove I live in Santa Fe, NM and was searching for a pre-owned 2016 F250. There's not a ton of inventory close by so I expanded my search. I saw and drove a few around Phoenix, AZ area and compared what I saw on the Internet to those. There was a lot of white XLT pre-owned with low mileage, all similarly priced, and a hand-full of other colors with higher mileage. At Patriot, I found they had some new 2016s that were priced very competitively against the white pre-owned ones. Dena helped me get the exact truck I wanted. She was caring enough to really listen to what I wanted to know what to offer in features. It was a great experience working with Dena and the rest of the Patriot team and my drive from Purcell, OK to Santa Fe, NM was awesome! More
