This was the best buying experience I’ve ever had.. and I’ve bought my share of vehicles. I couldn’t stop smiling or raving about how happy I was. Was. That was until we got back our newly purchased 2014 used vehicle, with less then 40k miles on it. The issue that was being looked into was a slight knocking in the front end. We assumed that it was going to be an easy fix. We just last week got it back, after being in the service department for the third time. Still not fixed. Not once since we got the vehicle back has anyone even attempted to call and make sure that we are satisfied with the work, or the lack there of, that was performed. I’m disappointed to say the least. We will be having another dealership take a look at it, we will be letting management know of the findings. More
