No high pressure sales... feels like buying from a neighbor We drove 40 miles to Purcell for a vehicle we found on the internet. We were pleasantly surprised that when we arrived on the lot we were not attacked as soon as we hit the pavement. We went inside when we were ready to speak to a salesman! Sam Buchs was laid back, listened to our concerns and our frustrations when dealing with a different Ford dealership in the metro. We parted ways with no pressure getting Sam's card to possibly purchase after we sold our car privately. A few hours later Sam called me back to say that he really felt he could do much better than the offer that was given for trade-in elsewhere. I outlined my desires for purchase price. He told me on the phone that if I was willing to bring in my trade-in he would make it worth the drive. Sam was true to his word! His sales team (including Gene) backing him up was nothing but courteous and willing to work with us. Sam went the extra mile finding rebates for us that we did not know existed bringing our final price to what we desired. Lee Funderburk got us in and out of the finance department with lightening accurate speed! We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Patriot Ford! More
