They made us feel right at home and answered all our questions. We did not purchase on our first visit since we were shopping dealership environments as well as prices. They were respectful of our shopping process and were honest and straightforward with what their dealership could offer. We did shop around, but we returned to Patriot Ford. Their price was lower, although not dramatically; but, the main reason we chose Patriot was the staff and the overall environment. We feel like we will be treated right any time we need products or service. They have followed up after the purchase to inquire if there have been any problems or concerns. Based on our experience with Patriot Ford thus far, we will recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. More

One very professional dealership From the time I first logged on to Patriot Ford's web site thru making the selection, on to completing the deal, I experienced the top most profession From the time I first logged on to Patriot Ford's web site thru making the selection, on to completing the deal, I experienced the top most professionalism from all the people involved. After exploring the web site for several days, I was contacted by the web specialist. The web site is not only very easy to navigate, it has very good, clear pictures of the vehicles available. After talking with her a few minutes, I made a call to the dealership, I talked with and made an appointment with Steven Shafer. Upon arrival, I called on Steven. He came out promptly, visited awhile and then introduced me to Carl Wimberley. Carl was very easy to visit with. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We determined what I was interested in and he promptly produced the truck I was looking at on the web. Carl is a true asset to the dealership. He showed me and demonstrated the features of the truck. We then took it for a drive, and discussed a deal with my truck, he then turned it over to Gene Rhodes. Gene worked his magic and came up with a deal I could live with. He then turned it over to Lee Funderburk. Lee worked up the financial part and we walked through that in a very timely manner. Then we got service involved with helping transfer a tool box and receiver from one truck to the other. Over all, the entire experience, from the beginning to the end was very positive and professional. I would definitely recommend Patriot Ford to my friends and co-workers, and have done so already. I knew I had overshot my recommended service visit, but Patriot was able to schedule a appointment when it fit my schedule and take care of my car while waiting in their customer lounge. Kent noticed a air filter that needed replacing and brought it to my attention and even gave some recommendations for prolonging my vehicle's engine life. All in all, it was a good experience and I will be back again. More

My parents live in Oklahoma and while visiting them, my dad and I made a trip to Patriot Ford to get the truck. I felt that they were upfront and honest and they never tried to hassle me.
