2014 F150--My Happy Day Patriot were the first to respond to my queries for a new truck. I drove over an hour (about 50 miles) just because of their responsiveness. Happy Customer I went to Patriot Ford to price vehicles 40 miles south of my home in OKC. Just looking on this visit but I already knew the vehicle I was wanting. Le I went to Patriot Ford to price vehicles 40 miles south of my home in OKC. Just looking on this visit but I already knew the vehicle I was wanting. Les Northam was my sales associate and gave me superb attention and service. First thing I was impressed with was the huge inventory available in the model I wanted. Dealerships in OKC only had one or two of the vehicles available I was interested in to offer. Patriot had over six in the exact color I wanted in their lot. Next big relief was no pressure at all. I asked questions and received answers. No pushing by Les to make a sale. He was there to let me look and ask questions only. I made it clear that I was just looking and was still in the market to do more searching. He stuck with me and we walked through the lot looking at a dozen vehicles. He made me feel assured that I did not have to feel pressured to do anything on this visit but appreciated my traveling to Purcell from OKC to look at Patriots inventory. Les and I did some quick internet pricing I had questions about which brought Pat Hayes into the conversation. Pat presented several on-line demo vehicles that just listed that same afternoon with low mileage and had luxury upgrade packages for only a few thousand more that the vehicle I was interested in. Being the last day of the month it was obvious Les and Pat was prepared to offer a great deal offer I couldn’t otherwise afford on another day. Knowing the price was right and the vehicle would not last until the next day I made the decision to make the purchase. Les worked out the pricing details to include taxes and estimated extended warranty costs. He was also able to give me some add-ons at dealer cost that made the purchase even more pleasant. Knowing what the bottom-line price before going into final closing was great. At no time did any undisclosed charges ever occur which is usually the fear most patrons expect and then have to be ready to walk away when it happens. It didn’t happen. Les was awesome and could not have been more upfront and honest during our entire business transaction not to mention his pleasant attitude to do what he could to make this a happy buying experience.
