The other trips were unsuccessful but this trip was different from the word go from Sam our salesman to our sales manager Gene and Lee in finance. They work hard to earn our business. They gave me a good price on my trade in. We bought two new vehicles in the same day and this is something we have never done. If the first experience in the morning hadn't gone so well we wouldn't have been back in the evening for the second vehicle. It was not high pressure sales, but seem like dealing with friends. We had been to other dealerships that family worked at and wanted to purchases with Patriot Ford due to location and selection. We were lined up to go to another dealership that same day but decided to stay put. I wanted a King Ranch but didn't think it would ever happen.She wanted a loaded smaller SUV. She got the Escape. We are very happy with the vehicles. Thanks! More
