Easy to work with, in and out quick We went to Patriot to test drive an Escape after seeing their selection online and they had more of our desired trim level than other competing dealer We went to Patriot to test drive an Escape after seeing their selection online and they had more of our desired trim level than other competing dealers. We drove down and were met by Jason who immediately grabbed the keys for the Escape we were interested in. Did a long test drive and decided we liked the car, but weren't ready to buy that night. Went home and ran our own numbers and came back 2 days later to purchase the vehicle. The sales process was easy, and while we did have to do some negotiating, they worked with us, understood our concerns, and were not intimidating in their negotiation tactics. We ended up getting the car for the price we wanted, and financing was just as easy. The financing was easy and Lee worked us through our multiple options, as well as general advice on helping our credit. We bought the car late in the night and they didn't have staff to detail it fully, but they had us come back on Saturday and gave the Escape a full detail. Very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Patriot to those looking for a new Ford. More
