Tranmission diagnosis, service, and repair. I was pretty much at my wits end having different people and shops trying to figure out why my 2001 powerstroke was not shifting correctly. I was ready to either put in a new transmission which by the way had been rebuilt 16 months prior or buy a new truck! After talking to Kent he helped reassure me that he didn't think it was the transmission. So after huge amounts of patience on both parties part,the problem was fixed. It ended up being a bad PCM. Even though the eventual fix was not easy on the pocketbook, my over two year mystery was over. Should have went to Patriot at the beginning. Hence the saying "you get what you pay for". Was always able to talk to both Kent and the mechanic and was kept up to date on what was next and why they were doing things the way they were. Was given a loaner for much of the time my truck was there. They earned my future business. More

We first went to our local Ford dealership. We saw a striking difference betweeen what we received from Sam and our local dealer. Sam was very effficient and thoughtful in his correspondence. He wasted no time in finding answers for us. He was more than willing to accommodate our wishes. Our local dealer acted like he didn't have time for us. He even said at one point that he was too busy to deal with us at that specific time. Sam would never have treated us like that.
