Low pressure and nice people at this dealership. This was the first dealership we visited when I decided to purchase a new Mustang. Then of course I visited others, since you don't just buy the first car you see -- you need to do a little comparative shopping and research. At a couple of the other dealerships, they salespeople were downright rude. At others, they played silly games in an attempt to get us to buy a car from them. At one, they even argued with me, trying to get me to buy a different car than the one I wanted. But none of this went on at Patriot Ford. They were very nice down-to-earth people -- friendly and low-pressure. Stan was very helpful and personable. I would even venture to say that this was the best car-buying experience I have had...and I have bought several cars. And I love the Mustang I purchased!!! More

Easiest Purchase ever I would recommend Patriot Ford to anyone. I shopped Patriot for through their website first then I called. I had been reffered to them by several friends based on their service after the sale. I figured most dealerships could give me about the same price but service is where the suppries would come. So, I took a leap of faith and contacted them. I talked with Dave, a very low key straight forward sales guy. We talked about what I wanted first then established what exactly I was looking for they did not have on the lot. He asked if he could have the opportunity to find it, so I figured what the heck I have been looking all over for what I want and can't find it. By the next day he found me an almost exact match of what I was looking for under my price range. The only thing the truck didn't have that I wanted was leather....I'll come back to this. Dave drove the truck from Purcell to Ada to show me, since I could not make it to Purcell for several days. I loved the truck but wanted the leather. While still in front of me in Ada Dave called an installed of leather seats he works with and set up leather seats. The truck left and the leather seats and tint were in my possession in two days and all still under budget. I was blown away with the efficency and ease of it all.
