It's worth the drive! The friendly small town feel of Patriot Ford in Purcell made this more than worth my drive from south Oklahima City. I never felt pressured but at the same time they never made me feel like I was alone. I truly believe they had my best interest at heart. Every person I came in contact with was professional, knowledgable, and nice. They worked as a team and communicated every part of my car buying experience well. I was able to search for a car on the Internet. There was a chat option that allowed me to ask questions during my search. Bryce texted me the next day. I wasn't going to drive to Purcell and I was at a local Ford dealer in OKC. Things didn't work out there and I was just going to give up. I would say that it sealed the deal for me when he offered to bring me a car to test drive. After that offer, I had to go there to see for myself and I am happy I did. David Richards was professional, respectful, knowledgable, nice and patient. He took very good care of me throughout the sale. It was really fun. The financing part is usually the worst part of getting a new car but Lee was helpful and efficient. I got a great deal! Everyone at Patriot Ford was excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

With two options to work with, the sales person and i went over the window stickers, while the sercice department manager checked out my trade in. Once I chose the vehicle I wished to purchase, the particulars were quickly worked up. Giving five work days to bring in the truck, add a bedliner and dealer prep, I was surprised with a call Monday saying my truck was on the lot, bedliner to be installed Tuesday for a Wednesday pickup. Never had service that fast!! I appreciated the professional appearance of the dealership. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely helpful and courteous, providing a very enjoyable experience. More

I took it to Patriot Ford in Purcell even though I live in Pauls Valley (where another Ford dealership is) because Patriot has the best service and sales departments around. They got it right in and, as always, they gave her a loaner pickup. The service department quickly identified and fixed the issues. I highly recommend Patriot Ford. It is worth the drive to take it and know it will be fixed and fixed correctly. This is the only place we buy and service our pickups and will continue to be customers of Patriot in the future. More

Exceeded expectations! My past experience with buying a new vehicle was for the salesaman to show me the vehicle he wanted me to purchase rather than the vehicle I wanted. N My past experience with buying a new vehicle was for the salesaman to show me the vehicle he wanted me to purchase rather than the vehicle I wanted. Not so with Patriot Ford! I was referred to Carl Wimberley by my son who had purchsed a truck from Carl a few months before. He told me of his wonderful experience with Carl and recommended him very highly, and rightly so. Carl listened to my wife and I as we explained what we were looking for and what our concerns were and them proceeded to show us what inventory he had that would meet our needs. He answered all of our questions about used versus new and explained the pros and cons both ways. When we decided on the vehicle we wanted, he was very thourough in explaining all of the features. David Cochenour was very thorough in explaing the financial end of our transaction and walking us through all of the warranties. Overall a very enjoyable experience! More
