Got me in on time for my scheduled oil change, always have had quality service. Only issue I had there were no prices of the service offered, and the prices went up since last oil change and tire rotatio have had quality service. I went in for a transmission fluid change that went well but also a recall on fuel pump. I had to come back because it wasn’t done correctly then had to come back next day because once again was done correc but also a recall on fuel pump. I’m likely not to go back for service and we were thinking of buying another Honda not sure if wanting to anymore. More

Yuba City Honda was the only Honda dealership that I contacted that had an actual person answer the phone. However, he showed me my tires that were in desperate need of replacing. After doing some quick price searching in the waiting room, decided to go with the tires there. All great! The car was ready earlier than estimated which was nice. Disappointed However, one thing did disappoint me. When I went to open my car door, it was filthy and had fingerprints all around the door handle and it felt grimy and greasy. Not good. It was close to closing time so did not go back in to let them know. I did not expect a car wash, I understand, but to me, this is just unacceptable. Other than that all good. More
