Oil & filter change is 1st come, 1st served, but I was able to get in right away. It was completed faster than expected, and I got the services I requested, with the one exception. I had asked for the tires to be rotated front to back, for the first tire rotation at 10,706.0 miles. The service tech stated that both the tires were at the same amount of wear (7/32") and as such didn't need a rotation yet. The service writer did say as I paying my bill, that he would gladly take it back in the service area and rotate the tires if I wanted. I declined, and waited till I got home to measure the depth of the tire tread myself. Well, the front tires were just below 7/32" and the rear tires were just above 7/32". They were really close, so no fault to the service tech, as I'm sure he thought he was saving me a few dollars, and I do appreciate that. Next oil change, I'm sure they will be ready for a tire rotation. All in all, I was very pleased with the service I recieved at the Yube City Honda Dealership. Good job and thanks. More
