The BEST service department! I have had ALOT of experience with vehicle service departments in my driving career of 34 years and I have never received the kind of service I have w I have had ALOT of experience with vehicle service departments in my driving career of 34 years and I have never received the kind of service I have with Young Subaru. They are AWESOME! They take the time to really find out the detail/s of the problem and they go out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care of. For example, my wife cannot be without a car because we are a two vehicle family. In the past, when we have asked for a "loaner" car or a rental, it has been almost like pulling teeth! My wife didn't even have to ask, Veronica offered immediately up front and made sure my wife had a decent rental! In fact, it was a new Outback! We really appreciate the whole staff in making sure we were taken care of from beginning to end! Thank you Young Subaru! You have customers for life! More

Very attentive... The sales folks showed us as many different cars as we wanted. Probably test drove almost a dozen. Spent 10x more time testing than signing. Worst experience EVER! My saleman was amazing and so helpful at finding me the car that fit my needs. But I Purchased a car on a Friday afternoon and wasn’t able to pick it My saleman was amazing and so helpful at finding me the car that fit my needs. But I Purchased a car on a Friday afternoon and wasn’t able to pick it up until the following Wednesday. it was a horrible experience. All the car needed was an alignment and a full detail before I could take it home. I was told on Monday that the car was just barely being taken to the shop. Why it wasn’t taken up to the service department the day it was purchased I will never know. Every time I called to get an update no one seemed to be able to tell me what was going on, when it would be ready or why it taking so long. But the fact that it took 5 days to get the car I already purchased and signed for is absolutely crap! If I would have known it was going to take so long I would have paid to have the alignment and detail done else where. Once I received the car back the detail job done on the car seemed half assed and rushed. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. More
