My recent car buying experience at Young Jeep & Dodge far exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, my fiancé and I were greeted warmly by Aaron who showed me to my new car. He displayed great knowledge and understanding of the car we were purchasing and explained in detail all of the car’s features- inside and out. Aaron was patient, kind, and made sure all of our questions and concerns were taken care of before we decided to move forward with the purchase. Trevor then led us straight to the paperwork signing, which was quick and painless. He answered my many questions and was so friendly throughout our entire exchange. Once we were ready to take our new car home, the technicians took the time and care to back up our car onto the display floor inside the building and disinfect the interior. We received business cards with direct phone numbers to the master technician, the salesmen, as well as a number to call the Jeep manufacturer themselves in case I had any further questions or needs. Even though the dealership was closed for business by the time we we finished signing the paperwork, everyone involved in the purchase stayed by our side until we drove off the lot. From start to finish, I was blown away by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I came in contact with at the dealership.
