Do Not expect this to be a one stop shpping experience I called in to have a problem with the trim around my wheel wells reattached since they were all falling off the truck after a 2 years of driving. I I called in to have a problem with the trim around my wheel wells reattached since they were all falling off the truck after a 2 years of driving. I told the person what the problem was and they stated that I needed to come in to the dealership to have the problem fixed. Once I got to the dealership they then told me that they don't fix these types of problems and that I would need to make an appointment with the local body shop they use to make these fixes. So instead of waiting one week for my appointment at the dealership I then had to wait another week for an appointment at the body shop. Once I took it to the body shop they did an awesome job of evaluating the problem with the fender flairs and then fixing them within an hour. This was and has been the best service that I received since dealing with this dealership. I have tried to provide feedback to the service manager an he was very lack luster with his response as he went through the motions of calling me to address my feedback. He is a big part of the problem at this dealership as the attitude in always a top down issue in any organization. When the management does not care about the customer how are the employees going to act? Finally I got my card in the mail for my Auto Butler service and called for an appointment only for find out that I could not get one for six weeks -- guess getting this service done on time is also not a priority once you have paid them for the service. If I could get my money back on this service I would in a minute --- and I would tell anyone who asks not to ever add this to their purchase it is simply not worth the money or the frustration. More
