Yes, five stars but Awesome service. However, if a Wrangler owner needs a loaner they should be given a Wrangler even if it is a used one. That would be going Above and Awesome service. However, if a Wrangler owner needs a loaner they should be given a Wrangler even if it is a used one. That would be going Above and beyond for the customer which most dealerships fail to do. They also low balled us on our credit score. We would have qualified for a Rubicon but it seemed they overlooked what our bank indicated and a few other credit agencies and picked the low ones forcing us to settle on a Sport and lease option. We are happy with the Sport but my Army Retirement (26 years, four combat deployments) dream was for a Rubicon. In this case it would have been best to error with the high results, which I actually had on hand for proof. Above and beyond would have been to work in the customers favor. Other than that, they have been great and a joy to work with overall. More

Bait and switch Called the sales department to get a price for a new truck , since it was a 207 mile round trip for me to get to them, I didn’t want any surprises. Bad customer service. Took them a month of me going there once a week that finally got my Jeep engine light to be turned off. This was after a diagnostic test was run on it Took them a month of me going there once a week that finally got my Jeep engine light to be turned off. This was after a diagnostic test was run on it the first time. Second time , second week Jake's assistant went out to check vehicle. Told me "just drive it for a little while and it will go off". 3rd time made an appt. with Jake for the next day and he said he can have me in the next day at 11:00 and it shouldn't take more than an hour. 3 hours later no one has come to me and said a thing so I inquired for the status of the jeep. York gave me a rental car with hopes that the jeep would be ready the next day. Didn't hear from any one until I called 3 days later. I was informed that it was ready. Observing all those Tec people looking at computer screen a. Do ya think some could have kept track of a vehicle and,inform the owner of its status More
