Worst service department EVER! Toby and Jake in service are a JOKE! They have the assistant calling when doing warranty work, he will say there was a code then Toby and Jake say oh Toby and Jake in service are a JOKE! My truck has been in for a total of a month and I haven’t even had it 10 months yet!! Funny how all my problems start after they change my oil. They even said “maybe we put dirty oil in by mistake” WAIT WHAT!!!! Never ever use them! They will screw you out of so much money. More

I am very satisfied! I recently saw a car on Auto Trader, it was at a local dealer, York Chrysler Dodge Jeep. We went to look at it and we met Jeff, a salesman. We were told it was not on the lot yet, but he showed us the car before it was detailed. We were impressed and we told Jeff we would return the next day. We came back the next day, we were given a fair price for our trade-in and we purchased the car. It had to be detailed and we came back in several days. The car looked great, we were impressed. Jeff told us the tires did not enough tread so we were told to return in a week and they put a new set of tires on. Overall, we were very satisfied. Jeff is a no pressure salesman, he was genuinely friendly and helpful, Mike, the Sales Manager gave us a fair deal and we bought a Cadillac CTS. The whole process was a pleasure. Thank you, York! Friendly I was given a good deal, for the vehicle that I wanted. Would have been nice for a little more on the trade though. I searched all around for CPO vehicles and new 2017s. I found several vehicles that fit my parameters, several in the valley. I came down to service, the valley dealers were like a factory trying get you to buy what they wanted, not spending much time with the customer. Tommy Moe showed me the vehicle a week and a half ago, I told him I was not ready to by at that time that I was just shopping around, but he still spent a good half our with me showing me the CPO truck. He is why i came back to York to purchase the truck. Also this is the 7th vehicle I have purchased from York, I have always have had good relations with the company. More
