I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to replace a burnt headlamp. I was told by Emily (service advisor) that the entire headlamp assembly had to be replaced because the bulb overheated. When I challenged t headlamp. I was told by Emily (service advisor) that the entire headlamp assembly had to be replaced because the bulb overheated. When I challenged this assertion, she backed away and confessed it was just the bulb, but the bulb cost $425.00! I recently found replacement bulbs on Amazon for $40 - $50! In the end, after spending $750 - the did not resolve the problem. The other headlamp is now not working-indicating the problem was unrelated to their fix. These kinds of business practices are indicative of widespread institutional corruption. How else can there be this collusion between the service technicians, parts and service technicians. I strongly advise you seek other remedies/dealerships for your service needs. More

Great experience. Richard Petty was wonderful to work with. I appreciated his prompt answers to all my questions and his no pressure sales style unlike a Jeep dealersh Richard Petty was wonderful to work with. I appreciated his prompt answers to all my questions and his no pressure sales style unlike a Jeep dealership in Mesa I visited prior to finding York. He was also fantastic with showing me the car and answering all questions even after the sale was made. Would definitely recommend him and York to friends. It’s worth the drive from the Valley. More
