Have always enjoyed Service Team. Miscommunications this last trip left me wondering; took one day and then my asking if the bad alternator was tested yet. Took a second day and serpentine belt that was su last trip left me wondering; took one day and then my asking if the bad alternator was tested yet. Took a second day and serpentine belt that was supposed to be put behind the drivers seat (as a highway spare) was thrown away. Waited for the call that vehicle repairs were done - never came, but was texted to take this survey. Third day picked up a 30 minute fix. Might have simply been a busy time behind the service counter... have had those days myself. Don't know how I could help prevent this next time. More
