Took much longer than anticipated to get my truck back to me, had to wait a week to get them to approve warranty work which seemed longer than need be, then after they initially ordered in the parts for repa me, had to wait a week to get them to approve warranty work which seemed longer than need be, then after they initially ordered in the parts for repair it turned out the part they were supposed to have in inventory was not there so I had to wait a few more days in all I’d say it took a little over two weeks to get my vehicle back. They only called to update me once in the whole process, I had to call them multiple times to get an update, I was never offered a loaner vehicle either More
