I was very pleased with your service. I felt that Caleigh went above and beyond to help me and even found a tow truck outside of Yellowstone that would take the car to Powell to the Toyot I felt that Caleigh went above and beyond to help me and even found a tow truck outside of Yellowstone that would take the car to Powell to the Toyota dealership. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I highly would recommend your company. My car was totaled and I eventually bought a CRV which I love. More

I arrived to look at the 2015 Ram Eco-diesel and I was greeted by a very nice sales manager who informed me that the salesman was at lunch and would help me as soon as he returned. Took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have the windshield fluid hose replaced because a rabbit chewed it. Was told it was going to be $194 to just splice it and not even get a new hose. I have the windshield fluid hose replaced because a rabbit chewed it. Was told it was going to be $194 to just splice it and not even get a new hose. I said no, I would find a Honda dealer (I had been taking my Honda to your sister company in Sheridan prior and they barely charged me to fix it.) I bring in past receipts to show what I had paid for those services at your sister company (which is significant less than Yellowstone Motors charges). Mike, I believe he is the manager, lashed out of me and on one of the mechanics, trying to tell me why I needed to get the hose fixed and that he was cutting me a deal. I continued to decline. The front desk mechanic apologized to me for the encounter. Then come to find out, the hose was already fixed due to a miscommunication with the desk and mechanic, after I declined to have it fixed, so I did not have to pay the $194 since it was a miscommunication on their part. After I am paying, Mike does come up and apologize. I understand everyone had bad days, but after that encounter and customer service I will never bring my car back to Yellowstone Motors again. More
