At your oil change, we informed you that your oil cooler lines needed to be replaced. What happened next—the cap may not have been on tight and you added some wrong coolant—was unfortunate but not a crisis, and we of course offered to flush the system. In order to minimize the inconvenience to you, we did the cooler lines and the flush simultaneously. We called in a team to do this on a Saturday; a 4-hour job done in half the usual time. All in all we think this was service that went above and beyond, but we'll always strive to do better.

The cap was not on AT ALL, just sitting on the top of the reservoir and I HAD to put the wrong coolant in as it was the only thing available and I could not drive more than about 200 yards without overheating while PULLING A TRAILER AT THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN. As I said, you made it right, which I appreciate, but the warranty work would have waited until my husband was home; Saturday is the only day I'm available, and again, the only way to avoid ruining the engine was to use the "wrong" coolant as it was all that was available. Had the cap not been off the reservoir that would not have been an issue. It may not seem a "crises" to you, but being at the top of the mountain with 3 kids and no way to drive more than a few hundred yards at a time, and no service to call for assistance, is very concerning to me.
