Felt that there was a definite disconnect in regards to communications, I was not contacted when there was a problem with the insurance and their third party appraisers. In addition it took close to 4 mon More

This project did turn into more of an adventure than any of us expected. Trying to find parts from salvage yards is never going to be the most expeditious route, but you're right that more timely communication would have cut the total time by half. Thanks for the review; we'll definitely keep it in mind if a similar situation arises.
