They marked that rear brakes had plenty of pad when they actually had to be replaced. Day of car pickup. Jay met with us and went over some documents, the car was ready for us. Jay also spent a lot of time going over the instrument panel and controls. Brett was friendly and went over a lot of financial paper work. I would like to cancel the extended warranty, one reason I bought this car was because of its lifetime reliability. The cost of this warranty is very, very expensive and I will probably never use it. Stated a different way over the 63 payments, I will pay approximately 10 payments on the car and 2 payments on the warranty each year. Not a good investment for a 73 years old man. Nearly perfect experience We purchased our first Subaru early this week. The dealership located a car that we were interested in and our salesperson (Jennifer) emailed a sticke We purchased our first Subaru early this week. The dealership located a car that we were interested in and our salesperson (Jennifer) emailed a sticker copy to me. After a few days of relatively uneventful negotiation we arrived a reasonable deal. We took delivery four days later. We had a few snags in dealing with the final paperwork, but that was due as much by me changing my mind on warranty upgrades, as it was to misunderstandings between all parties. Jennifer helped to intervene and everything was resolved with no issues at all. We're waiting on a few items to be delivered as requested options, but we couldn't be more pleased with the car and the dealership. More
