It was easy to shop on line and when I got to the sales lot the car I had been looking at was sitting there waiting on me. I am still as excited about it today as I was then. Every time I get into it and it does that little musical chime I know that I am driving a safe and versatile vehicle. While the sales process was okay, there were problems with the delivery. I spent almost $30,000 and the car didn’t have a full tank of gas. There was minimal effort at cleaning the interior. The dealer quoted me $1200 for a new windshield based I presume on the VIN#. The car does not have all the sensors for lane control or auto-detection braking but according to the VIN# it suggests it does. presume on the VIN#. I took it to a local aftermarket windshield company and they quickly determined it only needed a $375 replacement. I find this to be a misrepresentation by the dealer which makes me question any service outside of oil changes and tire rotations! More
