Ordered Transit several months ago (over a year) and all I heard was that it may never be picked up for production. Then one day, it magically was produced and shipped and I took delivery. Meanwhile, I bought a Ram ProMaster thinking I'd never see this Transit. I don't blame Aaron or Yark, but Ford better wake up and start paying attention to their customers or they'll all be gone one day. I was very disappointed that it was $16k higher than one I bought 3 years prior and the seats didn't even have arm rests. Aaron had no idea this was now an option. I want to buy American, but Ford (and GM) are forcing me to look elsewhere. I manage a fleet. Let's stop making excuses, Ford, and get back to good business. More
