My husband and I had tried to par our cell phone to sync, in our Ford Edge. We went to the Ford help line after 2 hours of trying we gave up and the next day took it in to Kistler Ford, told them we were h in our Ford Edge. We went to the Ford help line after 2 hours of trying we gave up and the next day took it in to Kistler Ford, told them we were having a problem. They helped us right away.
