We went looking for a Van , at the time Kistler did not have anything on the lot I liked . Jeff Mathes was very friendly , made us feel at home. We told him what we was looks for in a vehicle. This is our second car purchase with Kistler. The salesman we worked with the first time happened to be on vacation, but we were still treated extremely well. The way we were treated with the first vehicle (including follow up routine service) had a lot to do with why we came back for this vehicle. We drove two different vehicles before we decided on the one we purchased. The sales team is knowledgeable and friendly and walks you through the entire process. This is not the nearest Ford dealer to our home, but well worth the 30 mile drive. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

My regular service consultant Bill Noe was not available due to an injury. Tom stepped into make arrangements for my regular vehicle service. When I arrived service was complete and they had even washed my vehicle. While settling the invoice I mention to Tom some issues I was having with my phone and the Sync System. He then arranged for the dealerships Sync Technician to work with me while there and my system was reset and now works well. Very friendly and quick service, which is why I often recommend Kistler to friends. More

I had the best experience when I came into Kistler Ford's office. Starting with the fact that when I called looking for a car they made sure to give me a response on if i had been approved the same da Ford's office. My phone stopped connecting to my sync system in my 2011 Escape and after spending a bunch of my time trying to fix it I chose to go to Kistler. Bill Zuccarell looked at my system and suggested we check to Escape and after spending a bunch of my time trying to fix it I chose to go to Kistler. Bill Zuccarell looked at my system and suggested we check to see if there are any online updates we could install. We found there was an update for my car. Bill updated my software and now my phone connects to my car again!!! Thank you for the great customer service. More
