Excellent Salesman, Poor Customer Service I knew which car I wanted before I walked in as I had done research before hand. Deryk Sumner was very efficent. He did not try to sway my decision wh I knew which car I wanted before I walked in as I had done research before hand. Deryk Sumner was very efficent. He did not try to sway my decision which I loved because I find it frustrating when employees try to over-sell or are pushy. The advertisement also had the car listed at a lower price which he made sure was the price I received. He was thorough in his explainations where necessary, and for the most part provided information before I even needed to ask. I appreciate his attentiveness and directness. He was very friendly, and kept my family company throughout the entire process. The only part of the car buying process I did not enjoy was the wait time to finalize the paper work. I decided to go through with buying the car between 5 and 6 p.m. but did not get in to sign the paper work until around 9 p.m. I personally feel as though there should have been more qualified staff on hand for this portion as waiting 3-4 hours to finalize the papers would be sufficient for any buyer to change their mind and leave, resulting in a loss of sale. More
