I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. However, there is a lack of diversity in the staff. Not one female or non white. This was an issue for me, and if my husband was not with me I would have left. We have all three of our Hyundai's serviced at this dealership. About a year ago had issues with the respectfulness and courtesy of service manager but worked through it and since have had no issues. The dealership could be a little cleaner (service waiting area) and overall showroom. At times bunch of salesman hanging around the managers desk talking about their evening plans was unprofessional. The finance guy was not very nice, but didn't really care since I wasn't financing. He did the paperwork quickly and didn't pressure on un wanted add ons. More
