Genesis Experience - A Great One; All Around I drove five hours to get my black-on-black Genesis G90 and when I arrived at the dealership there was Randy waiting outside near the dealership entra I drove five hours to get my black-on-black Genesis G90 and when I arrived at the dealership there was Randy waiting outside near the dealership entrance. He obviously was looking out from inside the dealership waiting to see me drive into the parking lot with my grey BMW trade-in. When he saw the car he came outside and stood near the entrance and when I stepped out he greeted me with "Good Morning Mr. Zingaro". This was the first time that anyone at a car dealership greeted me in this wonderful manner; taking the time to look for me coming off of the highway. And this wonderful experience continued inside the dealership while prepping to take ownership of the car and continues to today, two weeks later, when Randy takes my calls or returns them asap to answer any question that I may have. The best car buying experience that I have ever had and not just because of that day but because two weeks earlier when I had made my deal over the phone and the car was not yet available, I was told by John that the next black-on black Genesis G90 that came in would be mine, and he kept his word even though I lived 400 miles away, and the terms set were identical to what we had agreed to. It doesn't get any better than this for a car buyer, and I should know because I've owned two BMW 740s, two Lexus LS 460s, and an Audi Q90, and the Genesis G90 along with its marketing, sales, and financial staff and team at Wright Hyundai blows the cars and staff of these other dealerships right out of the water.
