I had my Subaru serviced on Tuesday, September 29th, and once again, I had such a wonderful experience at World Subaru of Tinton Falls. I had the pleasure of working with Kaitlyn in the Service Departmen once again, I had such a wonderful experience at World Subaru of Tinton Falls. I had the pleasure of working with Kaitlyn in the Service Department, and she was fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable about Subarus, and I felt completely confident having her in charge of my service that day. Her dedication to Subaru is very apparent, and as a Subaru owner, it feels really good knowing you are working with someone who genuinely knows and cares about the vehicles she services. Tara Mullins and Brianna Chiriboga were incredible in making sure I was informed on my car and the services it offers. They are extremely knowledgeable! They also made sure I was comfortable - offered me refreshments and snacks while I waited. Tara's smile, bright personality, and genuine pleasantness make every visit memorable. She creates such a warm, welcoming, almost “homey” feeling when you are there. And, of course, Travis, my car salesman, ALWAYS makes a point to say hello and ask how everything is going. He is so personable and genuinely cares about his customers, even long after the sale. That kind of personal touch really means a lot. Whenever I need to have my car serviced, I actually look forward to spending time at World Subaru and being around the Subaru family. That says a lot about the environment and the people who work there!
