worst dealership ever!!!! Spent hours (7hrs to be exact) in one day looking and thinking of buying a car! Parris rogers was the man i dealt with and got me into a car, during those several hours i set up insurance and sat with rich and signed my life away! I was missing a one paystub for my file so i couldn't take the car home that day and had to wait until the next day. I asked severl times what all i needed and got the same answer each time. I came back with the appropriate documents tue next day and all the sundden it wasn't good enough for the bank even afyer i signed all the papers and was told my loan was approved. Then they wanted me to trade my car in as a down payment. Also the first day i was there parris was informed many time about my paystub and didn't listen to a single word i said. So when me and my fiance went the next day, after i was told they were trying to get the bank to approve me, this money hungry stupid guy parris says and i quote" how about you trade in your car, and you both leave in brand new cars." i asked if he was dumb...and said "you can't even put me in a car, hpw are you going to put both of us in a car?" worst customer service ever they all swore a thousand times to customers and are all money hungry an do not care about you at all. They say anything to sell then leave you high and dry. Bought a Honda from the Bill Jacobs a year before at this location with no problems.But now that they are World Kia, avoid this dealer at all cost. Salesman told me we got XM with the car for 3 months and they shut it off right before we left. Also told me he was going to detail it. I had to leave for work before we could finalize the deal. When i came back he said he wouldn't do that anymore. No owners manual. The ad said the car had 4,811 miles on it when we got there it had 5,800 and they said that didn't affect the price. The sales manager acted like I was a nuisance to him. One of there workers was obviously driving it because they left there cd in the car. They were eating it in because we found crumbs in all of the little storage area's. Overall a bad experience do not go to this dealer. I will tell everyone to avoid this dealer. Only reason I didn't walk out was because of the price of the car. I would of paid more for a better experience. More
4:00pm I was researching Kia Dealerships for the best deal for my daughter to purchase a Soul. Spoke with Jamie, a sales person. Told her I wanted a 2015 Sou I was researching Kia Dealerships for the best deal for my daughter to purchase a Soul. Spoke with Jamie, a sales person. Told her I wanted a 2015 Soul a step above the basic model. She guaranteed they had 40 2015s for her to choose from and said $15,000 was no problem. We drove an hour and a half. When we arrived they had no 2015 models left and minimum price was $20,000. The sales person pushed the more expensive model even when we told her we didn't want the higher priced car. The finance person was very rude and sarcastic when we told her we wanted to keep the payment as low as possible. We left after that. Texted Jamie to tell her how dissatisfied we were and unhappy with her deceitful tactics!!! More

I was very happy with they service but when my car start having problems after a WEEK!! that really sucks. I dont think i will ever go back my car should've had a check up and made sure things was running properly before selling. so thirsty to get commission need to also care about customers as well ????????????
