I had a great experience with Michael who is the service advisor caring for my previous suv a Sorento that requires some servicing as well as recall attention and he made my visit very smooth . While we were there another couple told us they ended up waiting almost 7 hours to finish the deal.. the worst experience ever. More

2014 Lexus IS 250 RWD I recently came in to test drive a vechicle and from the very beginning it seemed shady. I initially spoke with Chad who immediately tried to process my information for a loan including social etc, as soon as I walked into World Kia. This is not an acceptable form of practice, secondly the vechicle was in a collision bought from an auction and then sold in this facury. Chad failed to mention this. I had to demand to be shown the carfax. More

The service rep Mike is awesome and should feel a little embarrassed about his crew of employees. As a customer I would have liked the " we are here for you" feel especially if others and myself are giving you business.... if there was a way to reverse my purchase I would and take my money and time elsewhere. Regardless of whose products your selling stand behind your customers and make them feel like they should spend money with your organization.. More
