Don't go there....ever I traded in a Kia lease for another Kia lease. Was told my being over mikes would be not a problem as long as I was leasing another Kia. After a year, I was sent to a collection agency for $2400 because World Kia in Joliet never covered the balance for the mileage. Now its too late to do anything about it. After sale horrible dealership After waiting over 4 hours I was not told what trade in value was and basically had deal made without any influence of my own. Then when a financial down fall hit of being served with papers for being sued and having a lien put against me they won't do anything to reverse deal. Bank says dealer dealer says bank and bank hasn't even gotten any contracts on vehicle yet. So it's not like this was weeks latter. So now I get to chase my tail. They only see dollar signs not a person. Will never do business with them again. Should have known when it changed to world and all the people left from previous owners that it was bad. But man I didn't ever think it's be this bad. More
