Unprofessional service @ World Kia I took my 2017 Kia Niro to World Kia for some service recalls. I had called several days in advance, and suggested they check to see if they had all I took my 2017 Kia Niro to World Kia for some service recalls. I had called several days in advance, and suggested they check to see if they had all the parts in stock. I dropped off my car, and after a day and 1/2 they called to let me know my vehicle was ready. When I picked up my car they informed me that one of the recalls could not be completed since they did not have the part, but it was ordered and they would call me when it arrived to their shop. I waited over a week, and called them to find out if the part came in. They checked and said they had it in stock, and apologized for not calling me. I set up an appointment to have the recall done, and mentioned my tire had a slow leak and wanted them to check it out. The next day they called to cancel my appointment, claiming they didn't have a technician available to do the recall. I mentioned I was concerned about the tire losing air, and they said I could bring it in, and they would check it out. I took my car in while waiting, and after almost 2 hours they informed me it had a nail in it, and in a spot it could not be repaired. They did not have a tire in stock, but they would look into ordering one, and would get back to me the next day. They didn't get back to me the next day, and I called the service dept. inquiring about the tire and they promised someone would call me back right away. I called several times over the following 2 weeks, and each and every time I called they promised someone would return my call, but no one ever did. I have purchased several new cars over the past few years for myself, and family, and never have I experienced such terrible, and unprofessional service as I did with World Kia. More

First of all, I had 3 different salesmen and I This is probably the worst experience I've ever had with trading in a vehicle and purchasing a new one. First of all, I had 3 different salesmen and I have no clue who was actually my "main guy." They we're talking negatively about one another and it was just chaotic. Regardless of my gut feeling to leave, I let them talk me into buying the car, which I had buyers remorse after sitting in finance for 4 hours. We walked out after 10pm to find they didn't even detail the car or fill it with gas, as promised. Then they called me to tell me I needed to come back to resign forms that weren't done properly! Frustrating. I received a call from my old finance company telling me that they shorted the payoff so there is still a balance! I was informed they've called WorldKia numerous times with no response. It is beyond ridiculous and I would drive the distance to go to ANY dealership besides this one. More
Watch what you sign for Me and my fiancé went in to purchase a car. The salesman, Patrick Defrancesco, seemed extra friendly, but then lied to us about the purchase price. He also had us sign a car payment agreement promising free oil changes for the life of the car but then charging us 800$ for it on the paperwork! He also promised a free lifetime warranty! We were shocked to find out we had a 1200$ charge for the warranty. As we were signing the paperwork, we asked the finance manager about these charges. He told us that was how they moved the numbers to account for the sale. He even told us the amount financed was the amount we would pay after the interest was added on. We wouldn’t be paying for it. We left and two months later we came back in and they didn’t want to refund us the money! It was a huge hassle! They talked down to us and told us that’s what we signed for. Please do not go here to purchase a vehicle! It was a huge scam. More
Awful Pushy and desperate sales tactics. While we were discussing numbers and not arriving at a number we agreed on, our salesman, Rudy, told us he'd give u Pushy and desperate sales tactics. While we were discussing numbers and not arriving at a number we agreed on, our salesman, Rudy, told us he'd give us $20 of his own money each month if we'd accept the higher payment. Since we were clearly not agreeing, we told him we'd like to leave and he brought over another salesman who gave us the same information. During all of this, he had my keys and lisence so we couldn't leave. At this point, both of the salesmen were ignoring me and talking only to my husband. Once my husband stood up and flat out refused anything they were saying, we were given the keys and my lisence 3 hours after we arrived. Very unprofessional and rude. We went over to a different, slightly farther, Kia dealership and got the vehicle we wanted for the payment we could afford, while working with several very nice people. Do not do business with this place More
