I was assured that they'd do a swap with another dealership only to find out that the car I was looking for was sold the previous night. Additionally, they ran my credit AGAIN knowing that the car was not there. And if you do not like INCESSANT contact, do not give them your information. They will hound you to no end. More

They never looked at until yesterday when they told my husband on Saturday that they heard the noise but didn't know where it was coming from. So we said screw it I'm going to get my car today. We got to the dealership got our stuff out of the loaner and went to my car. To find my stuff from my glove box on the floor, $20 worth of coins gone and to really put the icing on the top the cake is my locket that leave in my car with my mom's ashes in it gone. I will never be bringing my car to World Kia in Joliet again. I'm beyond pissed right now. This is how we found my car when we got to it. More

Unprofessional and dishonest Went to get a car. They said I was approved in a text. I was nothing but honest with them about my situation. I left with the car and they called me t Went to get a car.
