Additionally, they ran my credit AGAIN knowing that the car was not there. And if you do not like INCESSANT contact, do not give them your information. They will hound you to no end. More

They never looked at until yesterday when they told my husband on Saturday that they heard the noise but didn't know where it was coming from. So we said screw it I'm going to get my car today. We got to the dealership got our stuff out of the loaner and went to my car. To find my stuff from my glove box on the floor, $20 worth of coins gone and to really put the icing on the top the cake is my locket that leave in my car with my mom's ashes in it gone. I will never be bringing my car to World Kia in Joliet again. I'm beyond pissed right now. This is how we found my car when we got to it. More

Unprofessional and dishonest Went to get a car. They said I was approved in a text. I was nothing but honest with them about my situation. I left with the car and they called me t Went to get a car. Spend your money elsewhere Where should I begin. From the time we walked in the door (which was because of a blatantly false and misleading pre qualification letter), they showe Where should I begin. From the time we walked in the door (which was because of a blatantly false and misleading pre qualification letter), they showed us every car but the one that we wanted to see. It wasn't until I became upset that we finally got to test drive our car. Then, once the test drive was complete, and we negotiated a deal that we thought was for one price but ended up being 3500 more expensive (back to list price), they stand over you while you are strong armed into leaving positive reviews. They then expected us to wait around to almost midnight to get the paperwork done the same day. We were unable to at that time. The next day when we had brought back everything that they said we needed for the finance company, they had a new list of required items. But they had us sign the paperwork and leave with the car anyway. We were unable to get one of the documents until after my husband's work schedule slowed during the holidays. We made everyone aware of this. However, we were harassed by their finance staff. We literally received 8 consecutive calls on my husband's first day off. They threatened to report the car stolen even after he told them he was able to go and get the requested information the next morning. We called Sam the general manager to report the harrassment but it fell on deaf ears. At this point, we are considering legal action against them for harassment. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! More
