Theft WARNING: READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS!! While I will say that Rudy was a great salesmen, the deal fell through when we were in the finance office. It was a WARNING: READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS!! While I will say that Rudy was a great salesmen, the deal fell through when we were in the finance office. It was a horrific time and experience for a first time buyer. The financial person I talked to was charging over the MSRP. NEVER PAY OVER MSRP FOR A CAR, ESPECIALLY FOR A KIA. For a first time buyer this was a terrible experience as they tried to rush me through the paper work to where you do not know what you are signing. I highly suggest going to a different dealer. Not to even mention they run your credit through a ton of loan agencies to lower your credit score, so they can charge an outrageous interest rate. They also charged my card for the down payment before the deal was completed so now I have to wait for my money to come back into my account. My suggestion is to not due business with this dealership and take your money to people that actual know how to treat customers. More
